Ultra-Tough HDPE Boats

Hull Construction –
Scantlings constructed to ISO 12215 and Bureau Veritas (BV) standards requirements.
Hull plates, frames and deck constructed from 12mm HDPE sheets.
The vessel hull design uses a proven deep ‘V’ design with a 19⁰ dead rise.
Cargo lashing points will be fitted to the deck subject to client requirement.
6 x mooring cleats fitted 3 x starboard and 3 x port
Deck & Bulwarks– Key features are:
The deck, 12mm HDPE.
The deck is free draining.
Bulwarks fitted with ring fairleads holes for mooring lines
Forward Anchor Locker – Anchor chain and rope to be housed within a HDPE constructed locker.
Bilge Pumps – mandatory requirements:
1 x electrical bilge pump 1 x manual bilge pump provided.
Helm Console –navigation equipment, helm controls and emergency batteries.
Seating – (1) one Jockey seat aft of the console.
Hydraulic Steering – Single station hydraulic steering.
Fixings – To be of marine grade stainless steel for fixings, hinges and handles.

Engine
Outboard Engines – Single mercury 100hp outboard engine with extra-long shaft
Commercial 2-year warranty.
Single side-mount controls.
Fuel Capacity – The location of the fuel tanks is above the deck.
The capacity will be Single 30 litre tank.
A fuel level indicator mounted in the tank and connected to the console indicator.
The fuel system will be fitted with water separator filters and water traps.
The fuel fill will be located aft with inline stainless-steel ball valves
