Miss Joana originally built in 1950's as a River Supply Tender. I fitted her out as a live aboard 8 years ago and have stayed comfortably ever since. What she lacks in size she makes up in beauty and character.
Miss Joana has spent the winter in dry dock having her hull replated and will be relaunched 2nd February. This gives any potential buyer a fantastic opportunity to commission a buyers survey whilst avoiding crane fees.
I moved onto a larger boat with my family two years ago leaving Miss Joana empty. Although several of the systems are still in place she is a project for someone if looking to live aboard.
With a little enthusiasm and new energy she would become a unique home.
Miss Joana has been on a permanent mooring just south of Bristol and this could possibly be negotiated into the sale.
A word of warning, from experience Miss Joana is not suitable for Kennet and Avon Canal or any shallow navigation. She is ideally suited for River Cruising.
