Zafiro series is a Large double and a single or a small office single storey houseboat utilising the roof as a very large terrace. With amazing all round views and excellent natural lighting. Large open plan living room and kitchen area with panoramic glass to 2 sides. The vessel comes with underwater lighting.
The Zafiro 40 & 44 come complete with a fully fitted kitchen including, Fridge freezer, built in cooker and hob (electric or gas it's up to you) and extraction unit. Also a fully fitted Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin or alternatively a complete wet room. Wooden flooring throughout including external walkways and roof terrace. Spiral staircase and a choice of electric heating methods.
All our vessels come ready to add your finishing touches with a modern electrical, hot and cold water system including onboard tank storage. All fitted in line with regulations as per any home in the uk.
The well insulated structure with its double glazed window units is a breeze to keep warm in the winter and cool in the summer with excellent ventilation.
Flush mounted low energy LED lighting throughout including external patio areas. And roof terrace up lighting.
The Zafiro comes complete with a modern outboard engine that is fitted not seen but with easy access. Our custom made pedestal incorporates the steering system, throttle controls and screens for the fitted all round cameras to aid moving the vessel.

On delivery our houseboats are launched and checked 100% by our staff and a full test of all equipment is completed. The vessel arrives ready to be launched and simply plugged in to the services available. Once we have completed our checks The customer will get a full walk around so we can show how things work. But our support does not end there, we will remain available to assist you with any worries or issues you may come across.

Our vessels are designed and built to be transported by road.

We are experienced in creating and building for less able individuals and can accommodate any needs including wheelchair access and lifts as required.

Cost installments 3 installment contract first 33% to get bild slot and hull 2nd to build the remaining vessel structure 3rd balance on completion.

All our houseboats come with a 10 year guarantee on the Hulls and superstructure. All fitted equipment comes with the standard manufacturers guarantees. All GRP hulls and structures are built with LLoyds approved materials, following the same processes that most modern Yachts are built by. We pride ourselves on building A Houseboat that is not just designed to be sat in a marina. The GRP structures and hulls are designed and tested to be used.
