Premier Houseboats are pleased to present this Van Lent motor cruiser, impressively spacious, unfortunately now in need of complete refurbishment internally, and some work externally including some steel work on the bottom, but can be potentially an asset of considerable value. Previous owners, including Uri Geller, have spent considerable money on the boat over the years, unfortunately the last owner was unable to maintain the boat which now finds itself in its current state.
The boat has the potential for two double cabins, both with ample storage together with toilets and showers. The saloon has a galley area as well as large seating area, the extended wheelhouse can also be a second large lounge.
The 2 6cylinder Ford diesel engines will need some maintenance but are certainly capable of cruising this beautifully shaped cruiser. Having the opportunity to complete a vessel of this standard to your own taste does not come along very often, especially on a secure residential mooring. Viewing is encouraged.
